I was in private practice in Newton County prior to 1998. After being elected in November 1998 I served as the McDonald County Prosecuting Attorney from November 1998 until January 2007.
I have successfully tried many types of criminal cases ranging from serious & violent felonies like drug and assault cases to misdemeanors, from DWI's to littering.
I have handled many civil problems and situations from dissolution of marriage, forming LLC's to rent and possesion and unlawful detainors. |
